Judith Hettena Wright, CPA

A New York City native, Judy has lived in Vermont for over thirty-five years.

Judy has practiced accounting in Vermont since 1990, specializing in individual, estate and trust taxation and planning. She also has extensive experience in retirement and charitable planning.

Judy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is also an Associate Member of the Vermont Bar Association with an interest in the law.  

Judy holds a degree in Accounting from Champlain College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, as well as a degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. 

In 1998, Judy received the Silver Award for achieving the second highest score in the nation on the AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist certification exam.

Judy still roots for her hometown team, the New York Mets, and is an avid baseball fan. She loves spending time at the barn with her rescue horse, and is an ardent fan of science fiction and fantasy. When at home, Judy enjoys tending her backyard fruit orchard, growing her own vegetables, and supporting local farmers markets.
